Working in a burning summertime is never easy for anyone; group leaders deeply appreciate for what the onsite workers have been dedicated for the projects. They come to visit those workers on duty by providing some fresh fruit to help the workers relax and cool themselves down in such a hot summer. At the same time, group leaders emphasize several points that need to be advised: 1) ensure to have a good rest in the mid noon so that working efficiency can be enhanced and keep the progress schedule; 2), enough drinking water and herbal tea and some daily care medicine must be well prepared on site; 3), provide a clean and secure accommodation environment for the workers; 4), closely paying attention to maintaining healthy conditions of the workers in case that people might suffer heatstroke in hot summer season; 5) providing well education on safety performance training.
