City redevelopment project of HuaTai mobilizes on January 7th of 2013, City leaders 

attended the mobilization event.Chairman HuangWei of Shenzhen New World Group

 comments on the future development of the project.HuaTai project, as one of the 

demonstration key projects in Futian District,will both benefit the HuaTai staffs and 

City function. City will give its support to ensure the success of this project which is

 expected to become a landmark residential community of Jingtian subdistrict.

HuaTai  project uses land area 46,400㎡,  with total floor area approximately

 340,000㎡, is planned as a high end complex with residential community,

 large shopping mall and hotels, which will be biggest project in capital investment

 out of the 15 key redevelopment projects in Futian District.
