Chairman Huangwei, GM Mr.Yan, senior advisor Mr. Litong, Zhang, cooperation units 

and approximately 600 staffs attended the New Year Ceremony on January 19, 2013,

 looking back to what has been accomplished in past 2012 and giving outlook to the 

coming 2013 for a promising future.

In annual report speech, GM Mr.Yan comments that New World Group achieves steady growth 

in performance. Ongoing projects have been progressing within the schedule. Sales 

performance of Four Season phase 2 has been brought on track. Basement foundation of 

Four Season Palace has progressed to the Ground Level structural slabs. Foundation stake 

of Wenbo tower project is going to complete soon. Southwater redevelopment project relocation

 is moving forward smoothly. HuaTai redevelopment project mobilizes. American hotel is being 

renovated as scheduled. Circulation of Hongkong commercial daily in which our Group is holding

 shares is growing quite well. Thanks to the constant efforts of our team work, we are looking

 forward to more productive year in 2013.

In the annual event, all subsidiary companies present their account settlement report. 

Those subsidiaries meeting the annual operating target were awarded credentials and

 prizes by leaders.

After the awarding ceremony, Vice Chairman of HongKong Commercial Daily and 

Chairman of Shenzhen New World Group, Mr.Huang Wei gave a speech to congratulate

 on the prize winners, meanwhile comments that persistence and never giving up is the

 only way to the happiness that everyone of us chases after, let’s work as a real team for

 a better New World in 2013.

Soon after, all departs of New World Group presented their well prepared shows to 

entertain and impress all guests, which was amazing and unforgettable.
