The Spring Owners Party – themed with “Wish all owners getting better and better”-was held at Gateway City on March 21, 2015. Gateway City together with all new and old owners wished year 2015 good luck and happiness. Dracaena Sanderiana which implies “getting better and better” is given to all the owners by Gateway City.


The activity was held at 4PM, owners arrived at around 3:30pm one by one. By then, shelters, tables, chairs and stage were set, and staff at the reception desk had been giving warm welcome to all presented guests.



It was February 2, the dragon heads-raising day. A fantastic lion dance was specially arranged, in which the two naïve and adorable “lions” gave spring blessings to all owners.



Scent of delicious food penetrates the whole site, and the band’s show is spectacular. All owners’ faces are lit up with joy and laughter was heard from time to time. The on-site atmosphere is very harmonious.



The project invited owners whose birthday is in March and prepared for them a warm birthday party. During the party, Lucky Draw was held. Big prizes for the Lucky Draw included 47 inches TCL TV, Haier fully automatic Washing Machine, four-piece set bedding and Supor electric kettle and so on.

This Spring Owners Party enhanced interactions and cohesiveness between the owners; and created a relax and pleasant atmosphere through a series of performances and Lucky draws. It brought every guest a pleasant weekend.
