On Dec. 9, 2015, the 2015 (the 7th) Annual Conference ofChina Real Estate, co-organized by Peking University HSBC School of Businessand Southern Metropolis Daily, was held in Intercontinental Hotel in ShenzhenOCT. Annual Conference of China Real Estate was founded in 2009, organized bySouthern Metropolis Daily and it has been held successfully for 6 times. Thisyear, the theme of the Conference is “the Development Trend of Chinese RealEstate Industry under superposed influences of multiple factors”.

In the award ceremony “Night of Chinese RealEstate” which was held on the day of the activity, New World Wenbo Center stoodout and was entitled the honorable title of “Innovation of the Yearof 2015”.

New World Wenbo Center will be the nextsignificant landmark building of Shenzhen New World Group. In designing thebody of the building, unique streamlined façade is used. This makes itdistinguished from the peripheral buildings and incorporates it into theplanning of the whole city as well. The design is aesthetically pleasing andpractical; it maintains important views of the city and emphasizes naturalenvironment, energy saving and environmental protection. The soft arcs of the buildingbody and the natural shapes of the surroundings silhouetted against each other,this will make the then built building a towering tree next to the LianhuaMountain.
