Position Responsibliities：

1、Responsibility for the overall technical management of the project, the formulation of the site construction program;

2、Responsibility for the organization of construction technology to study and implement the technical policy, technical regulations, standards and technical management, also organize technical to know the contract documents, construction drawings and participate in the construction survey, drawings audit and design clarification.

3、Responsibility for the organization of the project planning to assist the project manager for handling the project cost, security, construction period, site civilization construction and other daily management work.

4、Responsibility for checking the finishing work of technical quality data from the project department technical, to ensure the authenticity, timeliness and completeness of the data;

Qualifications：

1、35 - 50 years old; college degree or above, major in civil engineering, construction management and other related major;

2、More than 8 years’ related experience in real estate and construction project management, more than 5 years in the same position management experience; with middle-level certificate and registered construction division certificate is preferred;

3、Proficient in the whole process of project development and related professional knowledge, also the project construction management; know the engineering design, construction and acceptance, security, environmental protection standard;

4、Excellent communication and coordination, team management, project management and promotion ability, also works with a sense of responsibility;

Position Responsibliities：

1、Participate in the project review, drawing audit, optimization and quality control, the feasibility of the project initial position, put forward the design task and unified technical requirements, control the design process;

2、Responsible for coordinating relations with the designer, the completion of the program, expansion, construction plans and modification and other design management, such as drawings design control and audit , the implementation of the relevant procedures etc;

3、Responsible for contacting the construction and interior design professionally with the project management related department, control of major design changes, participate in co-operation with major design changes in the construction and interior design;

4、Provide the technical support for design, construction, summary and other declaration, examination and approval based on the actual needs, participate in the demonstration of the technical problems involved in the project;

Qualifications：

1、40-50 years old; bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering or city planning and other related major;

2、More than10 years’ related experience in real estate planning and architectural design, more than 5 years related experience in commercial syntheses design;

3、Proficient in building, planning and design knowledge, national and industry standards and specifications, the professional drawing review ability; familiar with the development trend of the industry design technical specifications and standards;

4、Strong sense of design, team work and professional dedication;
